Serves 6
- 500 ml cold milk
- 1,5 tbsp plain flour
- 1,5 tbsp corn starch
- 50 gr sugar
- 2 tbsp mastic jam
- fresh red fruits
- 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- Prepare your pudding cups (glass or ceramic) on the kitchen worktop.
- Preferably in a stewpan, pour the cold milk, plain flour and corn starch and mix them well till the boiling point. Remember that the heat should be not too high.
- When the milk steam appears, add both sugar and mastic jam, mix all together and turn off the heat.
- Share the pudding into the cups and let them cool 1-2 hours at the room temperature, than 1 hour in the fridge.
- Before you serve, decorate with some fresh red fruits.
